When you become my client, you have someone who already knows your website, your branding, and your business. When something comes up six months from now or several years from now, you don’t have to start over with someone new.

I take care of that for the websites I build and maintain.
That includes keeping the software and professional licenses I provide current, handling technical issues when they arise, maintaining the website environment, and helping make sure your website continues working the way it should.
You don’t need to become a website technician just because your business has a website.
You run your business. I’ll take care of the technology behind it.
Your business isn’t going to remain exactly the same after your website launches.
Neither should your website.
For the websites I build and maintain, routine website updates are part of the ongoing service I provide. If you need text changed, photographs replaced, information added, or an existing page adjusted, you can contact me directly.
There isn’t another company to call or another person who has to learn how your website was built.
I already know it.
Some clients want me to handle everything.
Others occasionally want to make changes themselves.
Either is fine with me.

I don’t believe keeping the technology mysterious makes me more valuable.
My job is to give you the level of support that works best for you and your business.
Sometimes what you need has nothing to do with your website.
Maybe a printer asks for a particular version of your logo.
Maybe you need a different file format.
Maybe you need artwork for a business card, brochure, sign, advertisement, or another piece of marketing material.
Because I provide both web design and graphic design, I can continue helping with those needs as they arise.
You shouldn’t have to search through old computers trying to figure out where your logo files went or hire another designer just because someone asked for an EPS, PDF, or high-resolution version of your artwork.

I don’t build websites with the expectation that I’ll hand them over and disappear.
My goal is to develop long-term relationships with the businesses I serve.

There may occasionally be a need that falls outside the normal scope of ongoing service—particularly a substantial new project or unusually large expansion. If that happens, we’ll discuss it before any additional work begins.
